Geographical Analysis:
The Asia-Pacific region has the largest market share and is significantly larger than the European and North American markets. The Philippines produces almost 70% of the global Carrageenan. However, China is the major exporter of Carrageenan to Europe and U.S. In U.S., Carrageenan is mainly being used in the production of chocolate milk, to maintain the suspension.
