The global commercial boiler market was valued at $1.9 billion in 2020, and is projected to reach $2.8 billion by 2030, growing at a CAGR of 4.2% from 2021 to 2030.

Composite boilers are pressurized systems that heat water for building's heating by burning combustible fuel or using electricity. Some boilers rely on hot water that has been converted to steam, while others rely on cold water. The burners or electric coils inside the boiler generate heat, which is then transmitted to the water via the heat exchanger. Depending on the type of boiler, the process produces either hot water or steam. The hot water or steam is circulated throughout the commercial building via pipes. The water or steam enters radiators or other components that redistribute the heat, providing the necessary heating for your indoor spaces. Natural gas is the most common fuel used in commercial boilers. Boilers that burn fuel oil or employ electric resistance coils to generate heat from electricity are also available.

The commercial boiler market is expected to develop as a result of the introduction of building energy codes and increased spending on urban center expansion. Modern heating systems have high efficiency, synchronization with home automation systems, and a lower chance of breakdown, all of which will increase the product demand. Increased spending on up-gradation of existing facilities has come from government measures aimed at reducing carbon footprint across commercial establishments, which encourages the demand for energy efficient boilers. Increased commercial sector investments in the development of economical and environment-friendly infrastructure is also expected to propel the growth of the global commercial boilers market. The worldwide commercial boilers market is being held back by high boiler production costs. Furthermore, these boilers are difficult to maintain and install. It is up to the users to deal with it. Installing commercial boilers necessitates the use of cylinders with large diameters. The heat released by commercial boilers' radiators is unbearable.

The global commercial boiler market is segmented into fuel type, technology, capacity, end user, and region. On the basis of fuel type, the commercial boiler market is divided into natural gas, oil, coal, and others. By technology, the market is bifurcated into condensing and non-condensing. On the basis of capacity, the commercial boiler market is segmented into less than 10 MMBtu/hr, 10-50 MMBTU/HR, and others. Depending on end use, the market is fragmented into offices, lodging, educational institutions, hospitals, and others. Region wise, the market is studied across North America, Europe, Asia-Pacific, and LAMEA.
