Sustainable packaging community has finally planned on connecting in Chicago. The event is organized by the collaborative effort of Smithers Pira, Packaging Digest and Sustainable Packing Coalition. The prime objective of the meeting would be to curb major problems and present new solutions associated with circular economy, recycling marine debris and ROI amongst others. Furthermore, the event plans on discussing the key e-commerce challenges. Several though – provoking keynotes would form an important part of the SustPack 2016 conference that would be held on April 11 – 13 ,2016. Head of innovation, Ken Webster at the famous Ellen MacArthur Foundation would talk about what’s the right choice, when it comes to packaging as well as circular economy.
Besides this, president at Ikea Lars Peterson would emphasize on the investment as well as innovation that would contribute to the growth of a low carbon future. Founder Leyla Acaroglu at famous The Un-School of Disruptive Design, would highlight the designing changes for the circular systems. SustPack is ready to lure the attendees with over 40 presentations, green packaging market is a key highlight. The event has made arrangements for six local tours that would enable the attendees take a closer look at Chicago’s two leading museums and waste management plants amongst others.
Eyeing a rapid growth in the green packaging market Big Market Research has added a report titled “Global Green Packaging Market 2016-2020”. As per the report the green packaging market would register a CAGR of 7.35% during the forecast period 2016 – 2020.
