The sales reached RMB919.78 billion all year round, rising by 36.9% from a year earlier; profit and tax touched RMB146.43 billion, up 58% YoY; profits were RMB102 billion, up 67% YoY, contributing 36.5% of total profits of building materials industry. The sales-output ratio reached 96.9% all year round. From January to June of 2012, the cement output nationwide accumulated to 990 million tons, rising by 5.5% from a year earlier.
As of December 2011, there have been 3,853 cement enterprises nationwide, most of which are focusing on regional operation.
