According to Kables survey, a noticeable portion of the enterprise software budget is being allocated to software as a service (SaaS), as enterprises in Italy have started to value the potential of reducing the total cost of ownership of their software.
Kables survey indicates that Italian enterprises software investments are primarily focussed on application lifecycle management, with average allocation of 19% of the total software budget in 2012.
